Refund and Returns Policy

Order cancellation policy:

The customer has the right to cancel their order before shipment, delivery, or receipt, provided they notify customer service through various communication channels (email, WhatsApp, social media). Accordingly, we will refund the full order amount within a maximum of 15 business days, depending on the customer’s payment method (Visa, Mada, Apple Pay, etc.). Alternatively, the refund can be saved as credit for future use, should the customer wish to do so.

Return and exchange policy

We will cover the shipping costs, with a free replacement product if the error is confirmed and identified by the Lovin team and only if customer service is notified within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the order.

No product will be returned or exchanged after receipt unless a manufacturing error or defect is proven.
